Policies
Session Scheduling:
Every coaching session is scheduled in advance. To create consistency and help you thrive, it’s best to select the same day each week.
Late Arrival:
If you're running late, please call or email me. If you're not available within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, I’ll consider the session a “no-show,” and it will be charged as such.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours' notice.
No Shows and Late Cancellations:
No shows and rescheduling requests or cancellations received without the required 48-hour notice will be charged in full.
Termination of Agreement:
If you decide to terminate the agreement, you will receive a refund of 50% of the value of services not rendered. Refunds are not available for services that have already been delivered.
Special Circumstances:
Emergencies and special circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Confidentiality:
Every session is completely confidential. Following each session, a summary of notes will be shared with you via email to ensure clarity and support your journey
The Coaching Role:
I’m a Certified Holistic Life Coach, not a physician, psychiatrist, or medical professional. My role is to provide guidance, emotional support, and encouragement to help you blossom into the best version of yourself. While I can assist you in setting and achieving your personal goals, I cannot diagnose or treat any illnesses. It’s important to understand that life coaching is not the same as psychotherapy, nor is it a substitute for licensed counseling, medical advice, or substance abuse treatment.
